Description

DPI-Mount is an unique concept of free film adhesive. The adhesive layer is not continuous and consists of a micro screen pattern.

Features

The specific pattern is aimed to solve edge-picking problems. By simple pressure, the dot adhesive can be transferred as required to suit to the required substrate shape. Resistant to water, detergents, alcohol. Not recommended for use in contact with aliphatic or aromatic hydrocarbons.

Typical applications

DPI-Mount is developed for specific industrial applications, particularly in the medical, optical, automotive or security fields. Suitable in the shoe, textile and craft industries. Ideal for assembling of small pieces. It is designed to create hyper breathable bonds in wound dressings, filtration, outgassing foam. The product is also populair in e.g. direct mail campaigns, DIY hobby and households to transfer adhesive to 2- and 3D complex shaped items without the need of die-cuts but with clean edge.
